We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional support to end users.

Responsibilities

• Resolve computing and access issues for internal and external employees.
• Utilize tools such as ServiceNow, SCCM, Active Directory, and WorkspaceOne to deliver effective support and solutions.
• Provide support for both Windows and Mac computers as part of the Support Desk team.
• Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in tickets.
• Manage, track, and prioritize multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
• Share knowledge and expertise with teammates to enhance team performance.

Skills

• 3+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on follow-through and follow-up.
• Proven ability to exceed ticket closure goals and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Experience administering objects in Active Directory and using Microsoft SCCM.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow and technical documentation abilities.
• Familiarity with G Suite and supporting Mac OS in an enterprise environment.
• A curiosity and desire to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
