JOB DESCRIPTION

Skills/Qualifications

  • 7+ years delivering technology change within complex large-scale institutions
  • Self-sufficient with the ability to motivate and direct
  • Good leadership and communication skills, problem solving capability under pressure
  • Strong stakeholder management skillset, including people skills to influence a wide range of stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and politically complex programmes
  • Full lifecycle experience from project initiation to rollout and retrospectives
  • Understanding of both Waterfall and Agile delivery
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organisational skills


Preferred Skills/Qualifications

  • Asset Management domain and product knowledge, and in particular Sales & Marketing
  • Professional Programme Management and PMO qualifications
  • Experience working with developers and data engineers
  • Knowledge of Aladdin, Alpha 360, Profisee, Snowflake, Salesforce, Tableau, Business Objects, Seismic, Datamarts, Vermillion and SSR reporting
  • Experience in the AWS stack, data lakes, cloud-native application development and DevSecOps

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
