JOB DESCRIPTION

The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating the scrum process, ensuring that all team members are working together to achieve the product/project goals. The Scrum Master will help the team stay on track and ensure that everyone is following the established processes and procedures. They will also be responsible for resolving any conflicts or issues that arise during the project. Additionally, the Scrum Master will provide guidance and support to the team, helping them to become more effective and efficient in their work.

Required Skills

Knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and theory
Hospital/Clinical Scrum Master experience.
Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Experience in coaching teams on Agile and Scrum values and principles
Excellent communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills
Understanding of software development processes and procedures
Ability to track and report progress against project goals
Knowledge of tools and techniques for effective product backlog management
Experience with metrics and analytics to measure
Professional Scrum Master I Certification Required and SAFe Agilist Certification preferred

Preferred:

Azure Dev Ops, Google Cloud experience
