JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented webMethods Application Developer to join our dynamic team in Columbus, Ohio. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects while collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and implement webMethods integrations using SOAP and REST.
  • Work independently to create project-related artifacts, including design documents, test strategies, and test cases.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams throughout different phases of the project.
  • Provide after-hours implementation support as needed.
  • Utilize webMethods products such as Integration Server, Designer, Universal Messaging, MWS, and TN.
  • Containerize webMethods applications and host them on Google Cloud.
  • Maintain solid knowledge of RDBMS systems like Oracle or SQL Server.
  • Adhere to release management practices and CI/CD processes.

Skills

  • Proven experience with webMethods, specifically versions 10.11 and 10.15.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Java programming.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with containerization technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud hosting solutions, particularly Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of release management and CI/CD practices.
