Web Methods Application Support Specialist

Introduction:
Join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our cutting-edge technology solutions. We are seeking a talented Web Methods Application Support Specialist to provide exceptional production support and ensure the smooth operation of our critical applications. This is an 11-month project-based role, offering the opportunity to work alongside industry experts and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive production support for Web Methods applications, including triage, bug fixing, and issue resolution
- Independently develop, enhance, test, and implement Web Methods integrations using SOAP and REST
- Demonstrate expertise in working with various Web Methods products, such as Integration Server, Designer, Universal Messaging, MWS, and TN
- Leverage your knowledge of logging frameworks and tools, including Dynatrace and Kibana, to effectively troubleshoot and resolve application issues
- Collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Create a range of support artifacts, including design documents, test strategies, test cases, and knowledge transfer documentation
- Contribute to the implementation of release management practices and CI/CD processes

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in providing production support for Web Methods applications
- Proficiency in developing, enhancing, and implementing Web Methods integrations
- In-depth understanding of Web Methods products, including Integration Server, Designer, Universal Messaging, MWS, and TN
- Familiarity with various logging frameworks and tools, such as Dynatrace and Kibana
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience in creating support artifacts, including design documents, test strategies, and knowledge transfer materials
- Understanding of release management practices and CI/CD processes
