- 5 years of experience within DevOps field
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and technologies, such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible.
- Experience with AWS. Ability to manage work direction and lead, influence, mentor, and provide feedback to others within team
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Experience working in environment with regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA, PCI, etc.)
- Previous experience working an in Agile/Product Delivery model
- Previous experience in PBM / health care industry
- Understanding of security implications of domain
- Comfortable leading and mentoring others
