Problem: This client was looking to update their content management system (CMS) to improve the user experience for patients and providers. Their old CMS was outdated and difficult to use, and it did not meet the organization's needs for security and scalability. They also wanted to improve the searchability of the website, increase engagement and interactivity so patients can easily find the information they need and will keep coming back.

Solution: We partnered with their digital organization to help assess what CMS platform could best achieve their goals. Once the platform was chosen, we worked hand-in-hand on a full redesign of their website. We deployed digital strategy, UX design, UI design, content, architecture and development teams to deliver the new website. In addition to providing these deliverables, we also staffed their technical teams with resources such as contractors and contract to hire employees to fill gaps in their IT team.
